carpentry?
- nathan
Raegan and I just finished our first routing project. We got a router for our birthdays from her parents, and used it to fill in a gaping hole in our countertop from where our stovetop used to be. We rounded the top edges and all along the bottom corners so it would fit in there. I tell you, it was really pretty fun. Anway, check out our new countertop:

I can’t see your new countertop!
Anyway, I’m sure it’s a beauty…What is a router, anyway?

i checked this pick about a dozen times, and went to sleep. when I came to it finally loaded. nice work, and it looks like it was fun.
i have to hand it to carpentry and other trades like that: they have an advantage over computer work and the like because you can TOUCH what you do. theres a different kind of accomplishment there, ya know?
anyway, well done!

We did a roundover on three faces, and rabbeted out a notch so it would countersunk.
