blatant advertisment

for everyone in the hampton roads area unsatisfied with your cell phone coverage:
i am not normally one to do this, but i would like to wholeheartedly recommend a service to you. i’ve been looking at cell phones for the past few months, and i have found a plan that is absolutely amazing. it’s the SunCom Unplan. i know, it’s corny. but it works. $49.95 gets you unlimited minutes all around hampton roads. i’ve used this from york county out to suffolk, in norfolk, chesapeake, va beach, lee hall, hampton, everywhere.
some people have asked me if it’s really unlimited minutes. well, i can say that it really really is. let me give you the details of my last bill:
| item description | qnty used | charge |
|---|---|---|
| included minutes out of zone | 120 min | 0.00 |
| unlimited zone | 10760 min | 0.00 |
| sms per message @ $.10 | 26 msgs | 2.60 |
| call waiting | 11 evt | 0.00 |
yup. that’s right. only $2.60 for everything, and that’s just to be able to send emails from my phone. did you see my minutes, though? that’s right. over ten thousand minutes. yup. i’m very impressed.and great coverage & service and all that. i highly recommend them. visit suncom and sign up, if you’re in the market for a cell phone. oh, and just to be on the level, if you give them me as a reference, i get $35, and you get $35. cool beans, huh?
sorry about the advertisement, i just couldn’t resist sharing about this. i’m amazed. simply amazed.

You know what annoys me about cell phone companies? They have calling plans for the stable, you know, people who stay in generally one area at a time. They have calling plans for the nomad, who wanders around either a certain region or the entire country. But what about me, a semi-nomad? I live in one place at a time, but where I live just moves around frequently, you know, Indiana, Virginia, Georgia, New York, and back again. I need a plan that works for me!!

I like Sprint PCS. It is pretty flexible for wherever I go. Is not perfect though…especially when I try and use it at home!
900 Anytime Minutes
3000 Nights and Weekends
Unlimited PCS to PCS Minutes
$40…but you can’t get that plan straight up…
