  • dslreports.com: 1281/262
  • toast.net: 2544/??

a birthday like no other

you know… this has been a pretty lame birthday. i woke up late this morning, almost got killed by a VW with a vendetta on the ride in to work, had to work, fire alarm at work, got chewed out for borrowing a PS/2 -> Serial adapter for a keyboard (they weren’t even using the computer), missed the bank by 2 minutes, had a dinner of tomato soup & sourdough bread, watched powerpuff girls & simpsons, then contemplated going to bed before 9 pm.

geez… is this what i get to look forward to for the next 25 years?

ugh

happy birthday to me.

i’m 25 years old today. a whole freakin’ quarter of a century. if i were a car, i’d be an antique. if i were my dad, i’d be married with a kid. if i were a dog, i’d be anywhere from 113 to 175, depending on which website you go to calculate it.

on the upside, i can now rent a car.

stupid documentation

documentation that says “Entity references are references to entities.” is *incredibly* unhelpful

memory

i think smells are one of the most powerful memory-inducing devices out there. at least, that’s been my experience. speaking of memories… i just remembered i need to get ready to go - parents will be here in like 3 minutes. eep!
