it has been noted that i don’t update my jounral very often. that is an astute observation, one which i’m sure must make its owner proud.

truth be told, it has been a long time since i updated this puppy. here’s a quick run-down on my life:
started body shop
quit programming job
went back to school (ODU, Computer Science)
lounged around for a couple weeks while taking once class during summer
started Cantata practices again
accepted position in Norfolk as a programmer
decided to go to school part-time to accomodate new job
made plans to move back down to Norfolk

that’s the gist of the past 3 months up to today. let’s see if i can keep this thing updated more frequently…

Well, it’s official. we’re having four (4) more performances of the
Cantata. The dates are as follows:
Saturday, June 22 7 pm
Sunday, June 23 7 pm
Saturday, June 29 7 pm
Sunday, June 30 7 pm
Same bat-time, same bat-channel. This is at GFC - everyone please
invite those that couldn’t make it last time, and you’re welcome to
come again if you enjoyed it. I don’t believe there will be tickets,
it’s going to operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

If any of you did not have the opportunity to participate in the
Cantata last time, and would like to be in it this time around,
you’re more than welcome. We will have practices on tues & thurs
starting today (June 11) and would love to have more participants.
and even if you can’t perform, there’s plenty to do behind the
scenes. holler at me if you’re interested in helping out.
